Adopt-A-Family
Bring love and joy to an entire Jacob’s Heart family by fulfilling their Christmas wishlists. When you sign up today, we will match you with a family, and you will receive their holiday gift lists. All gifts are dropped off at Jacob's Heart. After that they are wrapped and then our staff deliver them to your family at their home or in the hospital.
