Art from The Heart is a safe and therapeutic space that allows children a moment to slow down and focus on something not so serious and enjoy a moment of calm. This is an opportunity for families to connect and for children to learn how to articulate their feelings through various forms of art while also learning tools to cope with stress. Plus, it's a lot of fun!
